We get very bored on Sundays!! It's hard for me to sleep all day long, Colten loves watching golf, and I just about go crazy from boredness as he watches it. We also have sweet tooth's that need saftifiying and it always seems to hit both of us just a little bit after dinner. With my boredness, and our sweet tooth's, we decided to attempt to make Beignets. Since we didn't want to walk over to Cafe du Monde, we had to scrap from the ingredients. I told Colten to use powder sugar instead of flour, and it obviously didn't work! It sure made me laugh though. They didn't turn out to taste as good as Cafe du Monde, but they our love into them. That's good enough right?!
